In the role as sales manager, she or he will be expected to develop and implement training, conduct regular sales meetings and presentations, encourage teambuilding, foster a positive working environment for all agents, consistently promote the brand message through all points of contact and communication, and increase the productivity and profitability of the organization.

- Contract and negotiations expertise
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry

- Experience creating and implementing sales & marketing strategies
